What information we collect
We only collect what we need to serve you:
- When you order: your name, phone number, email address, and — for delivery — your address and postcode.
- When you book a table: your name, phone number, email (if given), party size and any notes you add.
- Payment: card payments are handled entirely by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Website use: basic technical information such as your device type, needed to make the site work. We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use your information
- To prepare and fulfil your order or reservation.
- To contact you about your order (for example, if a dish is unavailable).
- To take payment and, where needed, issue a refund.
- To meet our legal and tax obligations.
Our lawful basis is performance of a contract (fulfilling your order) and, for our records, legal obligation. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the services that make your order work:
- Stripe — to process card payments securely.
- Our hosting and database providers — to run the website and store your order.
- Email delivery — to send your confirmation.
We never sell your data, and we never share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep order and booking records for as long as needed to run the business and meet our tax obligations (generally up to six years for financial records). After that, we delete or anonymise your information.

- delete your information, where we're not required to keep it;
- restrict or object to how we use it.
